MYSTERIOUS LOVE

Vision:
The artwork clearly relates to the subject of a mysterious love. As you can see, Amy Rose, who is madly in love with Sonic is holding a large heart possibly to symbolize the love she has for Sonic. She may be crying because she is trying to realize if Sonic loves her or not. This related to the subject of 'Mysterious Love' because Sonic's feelings towards Amy are mysterious. Therefore, I rate Vision 5 stars.

Originality:
What more can I say? The image is completely original. Browsing through Sonic artworks on dA are nothing like this. I like the way you have used pale colors to represent mystery, love, confusion and sadness and how these are all linked together to form this artwork. I really like how you have put a mix of different ideas to create one which is why I rate this category 5 stars.

Technique:
The style and airbrushing techniques are excellent. I am impressed with the way you have shaded the lighter and darker areas while mixing in pale colors to fit the subject. I see that you have used more rounded shading and the colors have gone towards a brighter pink where the light source from the heart hits Amy's hair. The techniques you have used are very creative so I therefore rate this catergory 5 stars.

Impact:
I like how this impacts other artists on dA. The impact this image has on me for example: It inspires me to put together a wide variety of ideas but to apply them to make one artwork. This image not only makes Amy Rose's character look more mature but as people look at the image they see the meaning behind the image. Yeah, Amy loves Sonic...alot but really, for me, the message behing the image is does Sonic love her back. It is a mystery. 5 out of 5.
